What is the resume writing process?
- Call or email for a free evaluation and price quote. We will discuss your current employment status and career goals to get a clear understanding of your needs. I will answer any additional questions you might have. I am flexible in my time and accommodating to your time, I am able to meet on nights and weekends, as well as phone, Skype, or any other telecommunication tools.
- Once you have decided to move forward, you will receive a questionnaire and a consultation time. At this time you may also provide your current resume, if applicable. The questionnaire will be used to identify strengths, abilities, achievements, and accomplishments which may not be present in your current resume.
- Within 3-5 business days of completing the questionnaire, you will receive the first draft of your new resume as a non-editable PDF attachment via email. For up to 30 days, you may request revisions to the document at no additional fee. Once you are satisfied with the resume, you will receive your resume in PDF, Word, and 15 paper copies.
What is the payment policy?
- A 50% deposit is required once the questionnaire is completed. Remaining balance is due before final product is provided.
- Payment in the form of cash,PayPal, Quick Pay, cashier's check, or money order is acceptable. With apologies, no personal checks are accepted.
Can I receive Top Notch Resumes services outside of Chicago?
- If you live over 20 miles outside of Chicago, I am able to provide services and consultation via email, Skype, or other telepresence avenues. I am willing to work with you!
